zoya7 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the zoya7 platform and all of its services. "Platform" refers to zoya7's website, app, and all related services. "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.

These terms will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. zoya7 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If any term is published in both Bengali and another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of gaming services on zoya7 is only for persons aged 21 or above. At the time of registration you must declare your correct age, and zoya7 may request identity documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Registration Information

The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Email address (where applicable)
• Preferred payment method details

zoya7 has the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or incomplete information is provided.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited and in such cases all accounts will be closed.

3.1 Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

zoya7 may request a national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate to verify your identity. If documents requested for verification are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be restricted.

3.3 Account Suspension

zoya7 may suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Evidence of providing false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activity

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zoya7 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Digital Financial Service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The maximum deposit amount depends on the account's verification level and payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment account used to make the deposit.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

• The account must be fully verified
• Wagering requirements on any active bonus must be fulfilled
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same
• There must be no suspicious activity on the account

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at zoya7 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example, after placing bets totalling ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500, winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per account
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited
• If a withdrawal request is made before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after expiry
• zoya7 reserves the right to forfeit winnings if any misuse of bonuses is detected

5.4 VIP Program

zoya7 has three VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Level upgrades are based on play type and activity. Cashback terms and conditions apply separately.

6.1 Game Results

All games on zoya7 are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased results. If a technical fault causes an incorrect result to be displayed, that round will be declared void and the bet amount will be returned.

6.2 Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled
• If the internet connection is lost, the result of the game in progress will be saved on the server
• Operating the same account from multiple devices simultaneously during a game is prohibited
• Winnings will be forfeited if any fault or bug in the game software is exploited

6.3 Sports Betting

If an event is cancelled or postponed in sports betting, the bet amount is generally returned. However, specific markets may have their own rules which will be displayed at the time of placing the bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zoya7 platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Attempting to hack or modify game software
• Playing through secret agreements with other players (Collusion)
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
